OUR SERVICES
Established in 2014, Clarkston After School Service operates 5 separate branches that serves 7 local primary schools: Carolside, Busby, Eaglesham, Giffnock, Netherlee, St Clare's and Calderwood Lodge.
We currently offer a daily breakfast club from 7.45am until 9am (school drop-off), and after school care that runs from the end of the school day until 6pm. We also offer full day cover during East Renfrewshire Council school holidays (excluding public holidays and the week between Christmas and New Year).
We provide a range of healthy breakfast options and afternoon snacks and promote good health and physical activity, primarily through plenty of outdoor play opportunities where children can explore the natural environment. Our activities are very much child led, and we offer a broad range of games, arts and crafts activities, and lots of opportunities for physical, creative, and imaginative play! We also provide support and supervision for children that wish to work on their homework during after school sessions.
Clarkston After School Service is an entirely secular and inclusive organisation.
All of our services are registered with Care Inspectorate and every member of our staff team is subject to thorough vetting, PVG Disclosure Scotland checks and are each registered with SSSC.
